Business purchases only for hotel operations, not personal consumer use. You confirm authority to bind your business and provide its name, country, commercial website and licensed hotel property. Sales are offered to businesses in the UK and EU countries listed at checkout. We may request evidence of business status and pause or refund an order that cannot be verified.
The English handbook is a 32-page PDF, standalone edition 1.1 dated 13 October 2026. The toolkit adds a 10-page editable Word DOCX checklist collection, an Excel XLSX workbook with Monthly KPIs, Actions and Stock sheets, and instructions, delivered as a ZIP with the handbook. A PDF reader is needed; editing requires compatible Word and Excel software (not supplied). Spreadsheet formulas use standard functions; layout may vary in other editors. Examples are fictional and must be replaced before operational use.
Handbook: GBP 19 or EUR 22. Handbook and toolkit: GBP 29 or EUR 35. Choose currency before paying. This is a one-time payment with no renewal. Your bank may charge conversion fees. Membership and consulting are separate and are not included in these one-time purchases.
The order is accepted once payment is verified and materials are made available in your signed-in account. Failed or pending payments do not unlock downloads. You request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge access starts after verification. Save your order confirmation and downloaded files. No automatic right to future editions is included. Reasonable assistance is available if a file cannot be downloaded or opened; contact us with the order reference.
The named purchasing business receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use by staff at one named hotel property. It may retain and print the handbook and adapt supplied templates for internal use at that property. Retain copyright notices. Do not resell, sublicense, publish, upload publicly or distribute outside the licensed property. Each additional property needs a separate licence unless agreed in writing. Statutory permitted uses are unaffected.
Eligible active/trialling Hospitality Review members can download the handbook, toolkit and subscriber guide for their membership property without an extra purchase. They may retain an edition already downloaded for licensed internal use after membership ends; further subscriber downloads or updates require an eligible membership or a separate purchase. One-time buyers receive only the purchased materials, not access to the Review workspace or subscriber guide.
For defective, incorrect or inaccessible files, contact info@sat.cy promptly. We will investigate and supply a correction or replacement, or an appropriate refund where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved. Duplicate charges will be corrected. Change-of-mind refunds after digital delivery are not normally offered for these business purchases. Nothing removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. A full refund ends the paid download entitlement and licence, except rights required by law.
The materials support management decisions; they do not guarantee results or replace competent local legal, accounting, employment, food safety or other regulated advice. Adapt them to the property and local requirements. No liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is excluded. Subject to those exceptions, liability for ordinary direct loss relating to the download is limited to the purchase price; we do not accept liability for indirect loss or lost profits to the extent lawful and reasonable.
Account, business, property, payment identifiers, delivery requests and terms acceptance are retained to deliver the purchase, protect accounts and keep required transaction records. Stripe processes payment details; SAT.CY does not store your full card details. The privacy notice at https://review.sat.cy/privacy applies. Deleting a workspace does not erase legally required billing records.
Contact info@sat.cy first about disputes. These business terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with its courts having jurisdiction, subject to mandatory applicable law. These terms apply to this order; later changes do not retrospectively alter its agreed licence or price.
