Data and privacy

Account-owned records are stored online. Enter aggregate business figures and operational observations; avoid guest names, staff names and sensitive personal information. Workspace data is available only to your signed-in account through the application. Export a backup or delete your workspace from the account screen.

Paid registration is not open yet. Detailed commercial terms and privacy information must be finalised before public paid launch. Optional AI analysis requires confirmation before sending selected figures and review notes to OpenAI. Availability is shown within your workspace; live AI is connected for the owner workspace. Customer access opens with paid registration.
