A ZIP extractor, PDF reader and compatible Word and Excel editors are required; software applications are not supplied. Layout can vary between editors.
Total price: GBP 12.00. One-time payment; no subscription or automatic renewal. SAT.CY is not UK VAT registered and does not add UK VAT. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Initial sales of these new bundles are to UK customers only. The purchaser confirms the UK is their normal residence or business establishment for this purchase. Contact us before ordering from elsewhere.
Licence: For the purchasing household to use in its own planning. Household members may print the guide and adapt the supplied templates. No resale, sublicensing, public uploading or distribution outside the licensed household or property. Statutory permitted uses are unaffected. Purchase covers this edition, not automatic future editions, personal consulting, software membership or other products. These new bundles are separate purchases and are not automatically included with Hospitality Review membership.
Delivery: sign in with ChatGPT using the purchasing account. Payment must be verified before access is granted. Once paid, your account shows a saveable order and contract confirmation and the download bundle. The bundle also includes that confirmation. Pending or failed payments do not unlock files. Save your files and confirmation. Contact info@sat.cy with the order reference if download fails.
Immediate supply: before ordering you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital files and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel is lost once supply begins. Your agreement and acknowledgement are recorded with this order and confirmed here. If you do not wish to agree, do not place the instant-download order; contact us to discuss alternatives.
Quality and remedies: the files must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality where consumer law applies. For defective, incorrect or inaccessible files, contact us; we will investigate and provide the appropriate correction, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law. There is no blanket exclusion of statutory remedies. A full refund ends access and the paid licence except where the law provides otherwise. Change-of-mind cancellation after expressly requested digital supply begins is not normally available.
The materials support practical planning and management. They do not guarantee profit, bookings, permits, property suitability or other outcomes, certify compliance, or replace individual legal, tax, healthcare, employment, surveying or technical advice. Adapt the tools and verify current requirements. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Privacy: account identifiers, purchaser name, licensed household or property reference, country declaration, payment references and terms acceptance are recorded to supply and support the order and meet record obligations. Stripe handles payment data; SAT.CY does not store full card details. The privacy notice at https://review.sat.cy/privacy applies. Necessary transaction records may remain after workspace deletion.
Contact info@sat.cy first about problems or disputes. English law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections, including rights in your place of residence where applicable. Consumers retain any mandatory right to use their local courts. Later terms do not retrospectively change this order.
